First part of the workshop is a theoretical overview;

- Dysfunction and pathology
Second part of the workshop is the practical part;
- How do we keep our shoulder in shape and healthy?
- Functional stability exercises and self massage work using Yamuna® Balls
What you will take away from this workshop is a better understanding of the neck – shoulder complex through insight in its functional anatomy and pathogenesis. You will learn how to prevent injuries and massage the area using Yamuna® balls to keep your optimal range of motion.
About the instructor
|Jurgen Bernaers is a Manager and Lead Instructor at Paradigm Wellness (PW), a space for sharing ideas on movement wellness and well-being in Asia. He practised physiotherapy and TCM in Belgium for 18 years before moving to Singapore. He is a certified Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) and Gyrotonic® instructor. Jurgen has a strong background in sports and possesses a vast knowledge of Eastern TCM.|
