In this special 4 hour workshop with Elizabeth, you deepen your Body Rolling practice while learning self help techniques you can modify and adapt for your own body.  Take time out to unplug from the outside world, breathe, relax and replenish your mind, body and spirit.

Roll and Restore is a workshop that your body benefits from at any decade of your life.

Using a ball to target specific muscle groups and a series of rolling movements done on the floor, you will learn how to trace various muscles, self help routines for your own body that you can use at home, work, in bed, or traveling, bringing sensible results that you will feel and see by the end of the workshop.

This is an experiential approach to problem solving in your body, problems that rob you of your vital energy such as injuries, misalignment and compensation, repetitive stress patterns related to body mechanics, stress, exercise sitting all day long.

Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR®) is a workout and a self-massage rolled into one, making it a great method for re-aligning and re-balancing the body. Join us and become empowered in your journey to wellness, by experiencing this wonderful technique and learning the fundamentals of YBR®, facilitated by certified Yamuna® Body Logic Practitioner & Senior Certifying Yamuna® Body Rolling Instructor Elizabeth Demmel.

Elizabeth is in Singapore to conduct the YBR® Phase 2 Certification Training (3-9 April 2017). This is is part of a series of Masterclasses between 15-18 April 2017, including  Save Your Back Masterclass, Save Your Face Masterclass and Save Your Neck & Shoulders for Busy Professionals & Travelers.

Elizabeth Demmel is a certified Yamuna® Body Logic Practitioner & senior certifying Yamuna® Body Rolling Instructor with over 20 years of experience. She is a structural bodyworker, and has a mind, body, fitness certification in Spinning and Nia.
