Through experiential anatomy, you will learn how to use the Yamuna® balls to locate and work all the muscles of your legs, anterior torso, and posterior torso, from origin to insertion.

Phase 1 is the first of 2 phases included in the certified practitioner training. It is mandatory for further CET in Yamuna Table Training and Yamuna Yoga Training.

Product Description

Anyone who has had some experience with YBR®, wishes to go deeper into their own self-evaluation and possibly become a certified practitioner is welcome to enrol in Phase 1.

Upon completion of Phase 1, students will have:

– an understanding of the theories of YBR®
– experientially learned how to find and work all muscles covered in this phase
– experienced the nature of muscle release and the order and logic by which it happens
– learned all YBR® routines for the anterior and posterior body

The fees include the manual and the Practitioner’s Kit (Gold Ball, Silver Ball, Pearl Ball, Calf Ball & Pump)

About the instructor



Jurgen Bernaers is a certified Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) instructor. Born in Belgium and has been practicing Physiotherapy for 18years. He moved to Singapore in 2013 where he discovered Yamuna® Body Rolling. He has found it to be a great addition to his repertoire but more than that, he finds that Yamuna® Body Rolling is a great way for self-evaluation and treatment for various kinds of joint and muscular problems. Having had the opportunity to learn from Yamuna Zake herself and her most senior instructor Elizabeth Demmel, he has been inspired to become a Yamuna® Body Rolling instructor himself. Jurgen conducts regular YBR classes and he is the first instructor in Singapore to be certified to teach Phase 1.
