Esde started her yoga journey to improve her overall wellbeing. She is a qualified Yoga Teacher with a diploma in Yoga Science, Practice and Lifestyle from Ananda Marga International Academy (AMIA). She’s also a certified instructor in Yamuna® Body Rolling, the perfect manifestation of the new mind-body trend in fitness.
She incorporates both yoga techniques and body rolling exercises for active rehabilitation purposes, in particular, the use of Yamuna® ball to accelerate the release of tensed soft tissue while stimulating bone and decompressing one’s joints. These exercises combined with mindful breathing are aimed to bring about greater balance to a person’s mind, body and soul.
Esde’s classes are structured to ensure that everyone is learning and improving in an encouraging environment, while making sure that each individual student’s needs are also kept in mind.
